Simple maintenance, and what counts as an extra
Included in hosting + care: small text changes when something about your business changes - your phone number, opening hours, address, prices, a service added to or removed from the list, a new review. Send them as they come up; there is no monthly count, within reason.
Quoted as an extra: new pages, a new section, a redesign, new photography, or a custom-filmed or custom-made hero video. We tell you the price first, and nothing is charged until you agree to it.
Who owns what
- Your domain is yours. It stays registered in your name, with your registrar. We only point it at the site.
- Your words, photos and logo are yours.
- If you leave, you get your site files. Cancel hosting and we hand over the finished site as files, free, so you can host it anywhere.
Questions
Do I need an SEO plan to get a website?
No. The website is an add-on to any plan, and you can also have it on its own.
How many pages is it?
One page, with sections for your services, suburbs, reviews and contact details. For most local businesses that is all a customer reads before they call. More pages are an extra, quoted first.
Where does the hero video come from?
A short real clip of the kind of work you do - your own footage if you have it, or licensed stock footage that fits. A custom-filmed or custom-made video is an extra.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Hosting + care is month to month, and if you cancel you keep your domain and get your site files.
Do you guarantee the site is always up?
We host on a large, well-run network and fix anything on our side as soon as we know about it, but no host can honestly promise 100% uptime, so we do not.
